It all started in 2015: planted right on top of Santa Bárbara beach, the first eco-beach resort in the Azores was openning.
The starting point was the passion for that black sand beach, which contrasts almost magically with the blue of the ocean and with the various shades of green of the mountains that serve as a backdrop. However, there are many other passions that come together in this dream: the passion for the art of hospitality, for nature, for the sea, and, above all, for the Azores."

Why Eco?

Eco- Beach Resort The sustainability of the project has been a concern since its genesis, from architecture and landscape integration to the efficiency of energy and water consumption, being present in every small detail of daily activity.

Studios & Villas

The resort offers a total of 14 studios, 7 one-bedroom villas and 9 two-bedroom villas integrating Singular Properties group, also owned by João and Catarina Reis, which includes WHITE Exclusive Villas & Suites and La Maison, also on the island of São Miguel.

The entire construction gave priority to the use of natural materials, with a primary focus on local wood (cryptomeria), cork and bamboo, in addition to decorative elements that refer to the Azores traditions.
